Anisez and his father Mohamad are great guys they can hold really good conversations whilst they work their magic on your food. The burgers are absolutely delicious cooked to perfection and so are the pizzas as well.The shop is not the biggest place but its very clean and tidy and unlike other places you can see exactly what they are doing. I tend to phone my order through before I get there, collect and pay when I turn up. But they also have a couple of friendly divery drivers that are on hand also.
Ordered a meal to be delivered via Just Eat and after over an hour there was no arrival. I phoned up and they said they had cancelled my delivery due to Kids Meals no longer being sold. I received no phone call or any e-mail notifying me of this. Whilst on the phone they did not seem to be bothered at all and when I said i would be leaving a review they said "don't care" and hung up on me. Very poor service. I have used you before and had no problems but now will not be recommending to anyone!
Awful service from this place and won't be buying from them again, not only did it take over an hour for delivery but they didn't even take the time to look at what was ordered and sent us the wrong stuff, ordered 2 kids orange juice and 2 kids blackcurrant and received 4 blackcurrant, ordered a kids kebab with salad and chips and received only donner meat and chips, didn't get any of the sauces that was ordered or the big bottle of juice we ordered. Not even worth 1 star
