Booked a function here and was very disappointed. I was informed that the function suite renovations would be complete but they were not, the front was missing from the bar, ladies toilets not touched and back of the room looked like a storeroom. The bar couldn't take card payments as machine not installed. Bar staff unhelpful, one was new and didn't know where anything was. Had to find and move a table to cut my cake on, then had to cut up my own cake, as there was no other staff. Our guests were not impressed with the rooms or the price they are charging for them. Better value and service available at other local venues. Disappointing.
