Great guys, good service.
After calling 5 times and emailing, I still do not have an invoice for whatever work was carried out on my car. Utter farce.
BEWARE!, I booked a service for my wife's car at this garage that was recommended by a 3rd party company, they picked the car up at 9 40pm the night before and the person who picked it up didn't know how to put the seat forward, how to start the car or put it into gear, I had to show him I have it all on camera.Anyway, when they were working on the car I got a phone call from the 3rd party company to tell me there was extras needing done and that the additional cost would be 333.Now on the website it states that the car will be service exactly the same as the manufacturers schedule, so I was surprised to find out there was an additional charge for the oil change and also the Adblu, I was also told there was an engine management light on in the car which would cost me 79 + vat to diagnose and put off.I was forced to pay the extra as I required a proper service for my car (I didn't know this was a back street garage),When my car was returned it was filthy and covered in mud inside and out even though it was spotless when they picked it up, I told the driver I wasn't happy with this and he told me, I only drive the cars pal.I also notice the mileage on the car had an additional 51 miles added from the reading at the garage which is 16 miles from my house so somehow someone had put another 35 miles on the car ? Upon speaking with the garage owners son (the person who picked the car up) he agreed it was spotless when he picked it up and asked me not to move the car as he would come along the next morning to inspect it.I wait all day for this person to come and look at the car but he didn't turn up or even call.It's cost me an additional 333 for my service total 527 and now an additional 60 for a valet to clean the car inside and out.BEWARE DON'T USE THIS GARAGE OR YOU WILL BE ROBBED AND THEY WILL NOT RESPECT YOUR PROPERTY.
