Asked sales assistant on Sunday what was required to make a rental I was told to bring my driving licence, my NI number and 50 for the van hire got there on Monday with all item I was advised to only be told they require a 200 deposit which i didn't have on me. Had to walk home due to this misinformation very unprofessional and definitely not ACE
Definitely will use this company again. did not have any problems and prices are more that fine. They bring you car to your home and pick up also.
After a broker let us down Ace stepped in and supplied transport at very short notice. Very professional and reasonably priced. Dropped off and picked up at the house. Will never use a broker again. Straight to these guys Thanks again.
Absolutely fantastic service from these guys, very professional, friendly and helpful. They even gave us a free tailor for luggage when our old granny decided to come with us, as she insisted on taking everything but the kitchen sink. Would not hesitate to highly recommend them.Thanks again guys
